Board Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, January 10, 2019
Sharon Kolins, Board Chairman, called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm with the Pledge
to the Flag.
Sharon Kolins, Board Chairman made an announcement that per the City of Caldwell
Attorney this Board Meeting is hereby cancelled. The, ratification of the newly elected
Board Members is awaiting action by the Caldwell City Council as required in the By-
Laws Article 5, Section 4. Appointees must be ratified before participation in Board
Business. 'I"here is not a quorum today. Appointees to be ratified by the Caldwell City
Council are: Dorma Crockett, Leonard Lewis, Gerald Shea, Sharon Kolins and Linda
Waller. All action items will be continued to the next regularly scheduled Board Meeting
on February 14, 2018 at 1:00 P-111.
