Be it Resolved that the LJrban Renewal Agency hereby accepts and approves"WARRANTY DEED" transferring a strip a land along the Linden Road and KCID Road frontages of 5221 E. Linden Road to the City of Caldwell and authorizes the Chairman to sign said Warranty Deed.`This(feed provides the necessary right-of-way for the future development oft,inden Road and KCID.Road. At this time it is Urban Renewal Agency's desire to transfer right-of-way along the frontage of 5221 E.Linden Road to the City of Caldwell.Said right-of-way is necessary for the future construction of Linden Road and KCID Road.
