I. Call to order. Vice-Chairperson King called no meeting due to lack of quorum at
approximately 6:55 p.m.
II. Roll Call
Members Present. Jacob King.
Members Absent. Steve Maughan, Megan Dixon, Randy Lyons, Nicole Bradshaw,
and Don Burwell.
Others Present. Brian Billingsley, Planning & Zoning Director and April Cabello,
Planning Technician.
Others Absent. Rob Hopper, City Council Liaison.
