ORDINANCE NO. 3109
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 3066 (Bill 40), THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2016 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,
2017 APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED
AND/OR EXPENDED BY THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, IN THE SUM OF
$1,570,514 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 3066 (Bill 40), the appropriation ordinance for
the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2016 and ending
September 30,2017, and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of monies be appropriated to revenues in the sum of
$558,189 be used for authorized activities.
That the sum of monies appropriated out of expenditures in the amount of
$1,570,514 to be used for authorized activities.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and.publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL THIS 5th,
day of September, 2017.
APPROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL THIS 5th,
day of September, 2017.
