CALDWELL CITY COUNCIL
July 24,2017
7:09 p.m.
Mayor Nancolas called the Special City Council Meeting at 7:09 p.m. held at the Caldwell Street Department
Conference Room, 1311 North 3rd Avenue. The Mayor noted that the City Council Meeting was noticed for
6:00 p.m.;however,a quorum of City Council Members was not available to conduct the meeting.
Roll was called by the City Clerk. Present:Hopper,Pollard,Stadick,and Ozuna.
(CONSIDER RESOLUTION NO. 132-17 AUTHORIZING THE BUDGETED PURCHASE OF A
STEEL BUILDING PACKAGE TO BE USED BY THE CITY STREET DEPARTMENT - SHOP
ADDITION - FROM R & M STEEL IN THE AMOUNT OF $91,150.00 CONSISTENT WITH IDAHO
CODE 67-2806)
Brent Orton, 621 Cleveland Boulevard, provided the staff report and noted that approval of the item is
necessary to move forward with construction of the Street Department addition. A down payment of$20,000
will be remitted to R&M Steel to commence with the project.
MOVED by Pollard, SECONDED by Stadick to approve Resolution No. 132-17 as presented.
