SPECIAL MEETING
July 31,2017
7:30 p.m.
Mayor Nancolas called the Special City Council Meeting at 7:42 p.m.held at the Caldwell Police Department
Community Room, 110 South 51h Avenue.
Roll was called by the City Clerk. Present: Callsen,Pollard,Stadick,Allgood,Ozuna,and Hopper.
(EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO IDAHO CODE, SECTION 74-206, SECTION [J] FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING LABOR CONTRACT MATTERS AUTHORIZED UNDER SECTION
67-2345A [74-206A] [A]AND [B] )
MOVED by Callsen, SECONDED by Pollard to convene into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code,
Section 74-206, Subsection 10)for the purpose of considering labor contract matters at 7:43 p.m.
Roll call vote. Those voting yes: Callsen, Hopper, Pollard, Stadick, Allgood, and Ozuna. Those voting no:
none. Absent and/or not voting:none.
MOTION CARRIED
MOVED by Callsen, SECONDED by Stadick to reconvene into Regular Session.

MOVED by Hopper, SECONDED by Ozuna to adjourn at 8:38 p.m.
