The Caldwell Fire Department has reviewed your request to rezone from traditional neighborhood to M 1-
Light Industrial and we have no opposition.
Any development plans for the proposed site shall submit plans to the Caldwell Fire Marshal's office for
review and approval of adopted International Fire Codes.
