02-37-04: MEETINGS:
(1) The
DRC shall hold meetin s on an as-needed basis. The DRC shall decide on the
date
and time of the meeting. Re lax meetings-shall be held in the Communit
Room of the Caldwell Police Station and shall at all times be oven to the Dublic.
02-37-05: POWERS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The DRC shall review projects ects re uested b the a licant for com fiance with desi

(2) The
DRC's jurisdiction is limited to new construction building additions or exterior
renovations on ro erties in the Citv Center Zonin g District as determined on the
Official Zoning Mpp for the Citv of Caldwell.
(3) The DRC shall review proiects and either a rove aDprove with conditions or den
such a lication. The Plannin g & Zoning_Director, or a desi aced re resentative
shall then notify the a licant in writing of the decision.
(4) Staff decisions mav be appealed to the DRC and conversetv DRC decisions mav be
a
led to the Caldwell city Council for review and decision. A eats shall be filed

(5) The
powers., duties and responsibilities of the DRC shall comT)ly with the State of
Idaho Local Land Use Planning Act of 1975.
Section 2. That Chapter 10, Article 12, of the Caldwell City Code, shall be amended as
follows:

(2)Applicability:
A. All applications within the city center zoning district, including those within
the Indian Creek corridor, shall be reviewed for compliance with the standards as
set forth in this article by the
