Re: Zoning of existing medical clinic owned by Logan Realty,
Inc. , located on the property described in the attached
description.
Dear Sir:
The building in which the above clinic is located and the use
as a medical clinic is a permitted use in the R-3 zone in which
it is located.
The present building legally existed on the property prior to
the passage of the present zoning ordinance on December 24, 1977.
The expansion of the building has been permitted by the Planning
and Zoning Commission as an expansion of a permitted use providing
the plans of the expansion are approved by the Planning and Zoning
Commission. On April 20, 1978, plans of the expansion of the
present building were presented to the Commission and these plans
were approved.
