Lewis City Engineer 704 Blaine Street Caldwell, Idaho 83605 Dear Mr. Lewis: The Idaho Migrant Council is interested in purchasing a school building and land at Ustick Road in the city of Caldwell. The building would be used as a vocational employment training center and would be remodeled and expanded to accommodate all of our employment and training programs. The land is currently zoned M-1, so we would need a special zoning permit for an addition to be built on the school grounds. If possible, we would like to be put on the agenda for the April 19th meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to present our request for a special permit to the commission.
