SPECIAL MEETING
WORKSHOP
September 12,2016
6:00 P.M.
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. which convened at the Caldwell Police Department at 110
South 5th Avenue.
Council members present: Callsen,Pollard, Stadick,Allgood,Ozuna,and Hopper.
(WORKSHOP FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING CONCEPT DESIGN PLANS FOR THE
PROPOSED INDIAN CREEK PLAZA LOCATED AT KIMBALL AND ARTHUR STREET)
Kelli Jenkins, Chair of Destination Caldwell,acknowledged the presenters from GGLO and Stantec.
A PowerPoint presentation was presented by Mark Sindell and Christine Harrington of GGLO Design and Jim
Maland of Stantec concerning the future design and elements of the proposed Indian Creek Plaza in Downtown
Caldwell.
No decisions were made or action taken.
(ADJOURNMENT)
MOVED by Callsen, SECONDED by Pollard to adjourn at 6:55 p.m.
