Board Meeting Minutes APPROVED 1

Sharon Kolins, Board Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. with the Pledge to the Flag.
In Attendance:
Sharon Kolins, Mary Twitchell, Carol Murphy, Gerald Shea, Billy Copeland, Leonard Lewis, Donna Queen, Mike
Pollard and Russ Weihe,Jeri Rhodes
Absent: Michelle Gamble, Billy Copeland, Mary Twitchell
Minutes of the Nov 2016 meeting reviewed and adopted with the following correction.
The Excel workshop was reprted to be on the 2nd of January will acutally be the 23rd amd 24th of January.

• City Website—menu and activies will be posted for this week
• Board elections and Annual Meeting Report on the State of the Center. Lynda Lewis will be the new
Board Secretary.
• Center will be closed on December 26,2016
• Many projects have been completed projects in the center.

Old Business:
• City Website—menu and activies will be posted for this week
• Board elections and Annual Meeting Report on the State of the Center.
• Lighting in the parking lot of the Senior Center has been looked at by the City.They agree the lighting
needs to be addressed. The City will place a pole with 4 lights placed in the center of the parking lot
based to the availiblity of the City personelle.
New Business:
Donna Crockett would like to move the Square Dance group from Wednesday to Monday.

Senior Senter Manual will need to reflect how many board members will be allowed to be on the board at any
