A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF THE EAST CALDWELL URBAN RENEWAL
AGENCY, CALDWELL, IDAHO GRANTING AUTHORITY TO CONVEY LOT 6,
BLOCK 1 OF EAST CALDWELL URBAN RENEWAL PHASE 1 TO THE BOARD
OF THE THOMAS JEFFERSON CHARTER SCHOOL.
Be it Resolved that the Board of the East Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency hereby grants
authority to convey to the Board of the Thomas Jefferson Charter School all of Lot 6,
Block 1 of the East Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency, Phase 1, attached hereto in full and
hereby made a part of this resolution.

COMMENCING at a found brass cap,Corner Record#9842015,marking the North 1/4 corner of said

1319.56 feet to a found brass cap marking the East 1/16 corner of said Section 25 and section 24;

Re: Resolution to Convey property to the Thomas Jefferson Charter
School Board of Directors.
Date: December 28, 2005
This resolution grants authority to the East Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency to convey
property to the Thomas Jefferson Charter School Board for the purposes of constructing
the charter school.
This project abuts the Pipedream Park and Freehold Developments' Sky Ranch Business
Center.
It is recommended that the Board approve the resolution as submitted and authorize the
Chairman of the East Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency to execute the documents.
