A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE QUITCLAIM DEED (INSTRUMENT NO. #2016-
046856) FROM THE CITY OF CALDWELL E URBAN RENEWAL AND CALDWELL
EAST URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY TO URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, IDAHO FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN SKY RANCH BUSINESS
CENTER, NO. 1, ASSOCIATED WITH FRESCA MEXICAN FOODS, LLC PROPERTY
TRANSACTION.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency approves a "Quitclaim
Deed." This deed is for property sold by the Urban Renewal Agency within Sky Ranch Business
Center No. 1 associated with the Fresca Mexican Foods, LLC property transaction, made a part
thereof.
PASSED BY THE CALDWELL URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY this 14th day of November,
2016.
