CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. Approve acceptance of the minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting held on October 17, 2016;
Mayor's Youth Advisory Council Meeting held on October 5,2016;Caldwell Senior Center Meeting held
on October 10,2016;and the Employee Benefit Plan Trustee Meeting held on October 20,2016;
2. Acceptance of the revised 2017 City Council Calendar;
3. Approve Resolution authorizing the purchase of a Toro 3500-D Greens Mower from Turf Equipment&
Irrigation, Inc. in the amount of$33,630.00 pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2807 for the Purple Sage Golf
Course;
4. Approve Resolution authorizing the purchase of new lighting structures from EWSCO(Caldwell Branch
#15) in the amount of$17,332 pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2803 to be installed at the Purple Sage Club
House;
5. Approve Resolution authorizing $204,000.00 for additional surplus funding to the City's Self-Funded
Health Trust;
6. Approves Resolution authorizing the City of Caldwell Employee Benefit Plan Trust to execute the
Administrative Services Contract ASC Fee Schedule Addendum,Amendment to Administrative Services
Contract and Stop-Loss Fee Schedule Addendum between the City of Caldwell Employee Benefit Plan
Trust and Regence Blue Shield of Idaho and approve amendments to City of Caldwell Employee Benefit
Plan Trust Classic Medical Plan with an effective date of October 1,2016;
7. Approve Resolution authorizing the purchase of a new 2017 P185 Doosan Air Compressor for the Street
Department in the amount of$22,520.00 pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2803;
8. Approve Resolution accepting the Award of Bid to Town and Country Flooring in the amount of
$96,618.00 for Alternate #1 and $75,672.00 for Alternate #2 for flooring improvements at the Roberts
Recreation Building;
9. Approve Resolution accepting the Award of Bid to Northwest Interiors,LLC in the amount of$46,711.00
for finish improvements at the Roberts Recreation Building;
10. Approve Resolution ratifying the execution of the Pioneer Irrigation District License Agreement allowing
curb, gutter, sidewalk and road paving improvements to be placed over Pioneer Irrigation maintained
facilities at 716 E.Ross Lane;
11. Approve Resolution approving the Corporate Warranty Deed from the City of Caldwell to TMJF
Properties for 8.00 acres located generally 1/2 mile from Purple Sage Golf Course;
12. Approve Resolution approve the Corporate Warranty Deed from the City of Caldwell to TJMF Properties
for 59.24 acres located generally 1/2 mile from Purple Sage Golf Course;
13. Approve Resolution accepting an Easement from Vintage Lionwood, LLC to provide sewer and water
services for Cirrus Point No.4 Subdivision;
14. Approve Resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to select a successful informal bidder for the
Discharge Monitoring Report and Pretreatment Software in an amount not to exceed $45,000 for the
Caldwell Wastewater Treatment Plant;
15. Approve Resolution ratifying the purchase of doors,hardware,and construction services from A.S.C.Inc
for their installation in the amount of$24,031.32 at the Roberts Recreation Building.
