Sharon called the meeting to order at 1:00 with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.

Coodinator's report:
40th Anniversary celebration to be during August during rodeo time. Will be donating 10
monthly meals to Veterans Group. Changing Coordinator to monthly salary beginning in August
2016. Getting in place thru Personnel Plus. Donna getting more bids for cleaning of the Center.
Getting local company to fix stainless steel sink in kitchen. Putting Donna on the Cash and Carry
account and removing Gene Schaecher. Closing First Bank of Omaha credit card.

Donna has bill for Boise Refrigeration that was paid from Nutrition account for$267.50.

Bingo Balance:
$17988.91 and then split on 7/6/16 in the amount of$8000 which leaves the bingo account
with $9488.91.
Old Business:
Discussed kitchen assistant to have paid holidays and decided that she has to finish her 90
probationary period first.
3 pool tables left after the other 2 taken out. Reduce rent to $50 for pool room and leave with
the 3 tables.
