Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m.
1.VOTED—Approved: Motion to approve the General Ledger report and bills for Period 07-07 Fiscal
Year 2016.(Stringfield, Ruano)
2.VOTED—Approved: Motion to recommend Holly Cook to fill the vacant Caldwell Public Library Board
of Trustee position. (Smith,Stringfield)
