Special Meeting
November 23, 1976 - 12:00 Noon
Present: members - Bell, Wallace, Gerdes, Rankin, Conger
Comprehensive Plan - Commission members worked on wording of goals and objectives
in the following areas:
1 . Trees and landscaping
a. Save the existing trees
b. Replace trees
c. Plant new areas
2. Downtown business core
a. Upgrade existing buildings
b. Promote downtown business as business core
c. Promote new growth in downtown area
d. Promote removal of industrial services out of downtown business area
A special meeting was scheduled for noon on November 29, 1976.
The meeting was adjourned.

Present: members - Wallace, Rankin, Bell, Conger
Comprehensive Plan - Commission members discussed and worked out the wording for
eight further basic goals for inclusion in the Comprehensive Plan.
A special meeting was scheduled for 3:30 P.M. on November 30, 1976.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:00 P.M.

Present: members - Rankin, Bell, Wallace, Conger
Comprehensive Plan - Commission members present voted to approve the attached
copy of "Goals Presented by the Caldwell Beautification Commission for Inclusion
in the Caldwell City Plan."
The meeting was adjourned.
Ken Roberts voted approval of the same goals following the meeting.
