Board Members Present: Estella Zamora, Marisela Pesina,Arnaldo Hernandez, and Sid
Freeman
Staff Members Present: Mike Dittenber
In Order of Business:
1. Roll call and call to order:
Estella Zamora called the meeting to order at 12:OOp.m.
2. Resolution of legal challenges
Mike provided an update on the current legal situation with the 123 E. Elgin property and that
the attorneys on both parties come to an agreement.
Sid Freeman made a motion authorizing the Executive Director of the housing authority to settle
the lis pendens claim for an amount not to exceed$2,750 proving the initial offer was $1,000;
seconded by Arnaldo Hernandez and approved by the Board at 12:23 p.m.
Adjournment:
Meeting adjourned at 12:38 p.m.
