Members of City Council
Caldwell , Idaho
Special meeting of the Caldwell Golf Course Board was held at noon
on February 14, 1980 at Fairview Clubhouse.
Plembers present : Loris Navis , George Weitz , Rick Sweaney, 3upt, Gordy
Crockett and Laura Gamboa.
Representing the Ladies Association was Vice-Pres . Martha Esson.
Representing the Men ' s Association was Sec-Treas . Joe Ledgerwood.
Members absent : Bill Ballantyne and Charlene VanAuker.
This meeting was called in order to study the four bids that had been
submitted to the City on February 12 , 1980. These bids were for the
installing of a Sprinkling System at the Purple Sage Golf Course,
Gordy reported that the City Engineer had contacted five people in
regard to the nualifications of the bidder Rex Shepard of Idaho Palls .
The reports were all very favorable.
Motion made by Loris Navis and seconded by Rick 3weaney that we accept
the hid of Rex Shepard of Idaho Falls in the amount of 1114, 223 and to
submit a letter to the Mayor and City Council for their' consideration,
Motion carried with no opposing votes .
With no further business meeting adjourned at 1 : 00 p.m.
