THIS RV SERVES AS SECURITY QUARTERS FOR THE ON SITE MANAGER. WE REQUEST THAT THIS RV BE ALLOWED TO REMAIN PARKED WHERE IT IS SO THAT THE MANAGER REMAINS ON SITE AT NIGHT. THE RESIDENTS OF THE TRAILER PARK TO THE SOUTH HAVE OFTEN COMPLAINED OF NOISE FROM RADIOS PLAYED TO LOUD AT NIGHT NEAR THE FENCE. SINCE HAVING AN ON ,SITE MANAGER AT NIGHT TO ENSURE THAT CAR WASH PATRON KEEP THE NOISE DOWN TO A TOLERABLE LEVEL, COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN REDUCED TO ALMOST ZERO. THE ON SITE MANAGER ALSO HELPS THE SALVATION ARMY TO THE EAST BY KEEPING AN EYE ON THE DROP OFF POINT. THEFT THERE HAS ALSO BEEN REDUCED. ITS OUR OPINION THAT CRIME SUCH AS VANDALISM HAS BEEN REDUCED IN THE AREA AND CERTAINLY AT THE CAR WASH SINCE HAVING THE SECURITY TRAILER AND MANAGER STAYING ON SITE AT NIGHT. THE SECURITY TRAILER WAS POSITIONED ON THE SOUTH END WITH THE PURPOSE IN MIND TO MINIMIZE VISIBILITY FROM CLEVELAND BLVD. HAVING A SECURITY TRAILER AND ON SITE MANAGER SHOULD IN NO WAY ADVERSELY AFFECT THE PUBLIC INTEREST, AND IN FACT DOES BENEFIT THE NEIGHBORING BUSINESSES AND PUBLIC.
