That a fire-flow of 1, 500 gallons per minute plus the amount needed for the activation of the sprinkler system be available to service the entire project. One fire hydrant shall be placed on the West end of the landscape island. 1994 UFC Appendix III-A 2 . An automatic sprinkler system shall be installed in rooms used by the occupants for the consumption of alcoholic beverages and unseparated room and assembly uses exceeds 5, 000 square feet. That the building be sprinkled per NFPA 13 . Rooms 1994 Uniform Fire Code 1003 .2 .3 . 1 3. That the building be provided with a Fire Alarm System which meets the requirements of NFPA 72 . 1994 Uniform Fire Code 1007.2. 9. 1 . 1 4 . That the building sprinkler system shall be monitored if the number of heads exceeds 100 per the 1994 Uniform Fire Code 1003.3. 1 5. That a fire department hookup for the sprinkler system be provided 40' from the building at the Southeast corner of the structure. 6. That all driveways be 26-' wide around the building with 28' inside radius and 48' outside radius. CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND PROFILES OF SEWER AND WATER MUST BE SUBMITTED TO ENGINEERING AND D.E.Q. FOR APPROVAL. 7. WATER AND SEWER ARE LOCATED AT CHICAGO AND BELMONT STREETS. 8 . THE ENTRANCE TO THE PROPERTY AS SHOWN IS NOT A PART OF THE PROPERTY. THIS ENTRANCE NEEDS TO BE COVERED EITHER AS A DEED TO THE PROPERTY OR AS A PERMANENT INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT. IF AN EASEMENT IS NOT OBTAINABLE. We would like to offer the following information: The Idaho Department of Water Resources administers the Stream Protection Act. The Act requires that before any activity can take place below the ordinary high water mark of a perennial stream, a Stream Channel Alteration permit must be obtained from this Department. The applicant should be aware that applications are required to be submitted sixty (60) days before the work is scheduled to take place. The Department is available to review preliminary plans and offer comments.
