CALDWELL, ID 83605 LINDA JAMES TELEPHONE 455-3021 Community Development Director FAX 455-3003 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Caldwell, will hold a public hearing in the City Hall Council Chambers, 621 Cleveland Boulevard, Caldwell, Idaho, Thursday, May 1, 1997, at 7:00 p.m., to hear the following cases: Continuation of Case No. SUP-03-97, a request by Scott Wendell of Lombard-Conrad Architects and the L.D.S. Church, for a Special Use Permit to construct a 1,716 s.f. classroom seminary. The subject site is within the City of Caldwell R-2 zoning district and is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of South Indiana Avenue and Spruce Street. Case No. SUP-0S-97, a request by Duane and Sally Fusselman, for a Special Use Permit to legally permit an existing single family dwelling in the C-2T zone. The subject site is within incormporated City Limits of Caldwell. and is approximately 6,600 s.f. The subject site is located at 506 E. Elgin Street. You, or your agency, are receiving this notice because Idaho Code, 67-6501, Local Planning Act of 1975, requires notice of this public hearing to be provided to political subdivisions that provide services within the City's planning jurisdiction and to property owners or purchasers of record whose property is located within three hundred feet of the external boundaries of the subject site. )LcY ket-A (N1 *cric tA it/ k.
