RE: Amendment to Site Plan for Country Village
Dear Linda,
As you, are aware, I represent the owners of Country Village Manufactured Home
Community. Although the site plan for the community was not specifically made a
condition of the special use permit, at your request, we have agreed to and are requesting
City review and approval of a change in the site plan
Specifically, we propose to use Lot 1, Block 1 as a unit lot and will be moving the common
area originally designated for that lot to and expand Lot 36 which is currently common
area, There will be no change in the number of unit lots nor will there be a reduction in the
total amount of common area. We are simply moving the manager's unit to the front of the
community for greater convenience and control of entry. This will also expand the
common area in Lot 36, thereby increasing the size of this lot for common enjoyment of the
community residents.
