The location has excellent parking for a business. 2. Successful businesses have been there in the past. 3. No grass or landscaping is proposed. 4. Storefront churches do not fit in with the overall plan for revitalization of the downtown historical business area. 5. Taverns and bars are not allowed within 300 feet of churches, so it does not seem appropriate to have churches near taverns and bars. 6. Tax paying businesses are needed for the necessary growth and prosperity that is desired in the downtown area. Sincerely, z, Judy Subia CA- l November 2, 1998 City of Caldwell Community Development Department Planning, Zoning, and Building Services 621 Cleveland Blvd. Caldwell, ID 83605 RE: Case No. SUP-47A-98 Treasure Valley Christian Center, Inc.
