Williams Date: March 26, 1998 The City Engineering Department has reviewed the proposed special use permit for the operation of an auction establishment in Industrial Site No. 7, Lots 4, 6, and 7 of Block 1. The Engineering Department has no comments to provide concerning the proposed land use. The department would request that the following items be considered in setting conditions if the special use permit is approved: 1. The Planning and Zoning Commission give consideration to the sanitary sewer and potable water needs of the auction facilities. 2. The applicant be made aware that if a building permit is required for any facilities on this property they would subject to the Infrastructure Policy approved by Council. This may affect improvements required on Laurel St. on the south side of the project. 3. Any impervious areas created on the site be subject to the storm drainage policy of the Engineering Department. 4. The Planning and Zoning Commission may consider screening of the area where damaged vehicles are stored. - 3-s 9e) S/1f . - 325-/Qe MEMORANDUM TO: Gordon Law Joe Silva FROM: Linda James DATE: March 25, 1998 RE: Cases for Public Hearing The following cases are scheduled to be heard before the Planning and Zoning Commission on April 9, 1998: Case No. SUB-21P-98 (Commuter Estates), a request by Terry Bennett to develop a manufactured home subdivision consisting of 10 lots located in the R-2 zone.
