Occupy an exiting 9,000 sg. ft. building on approximately 4 acres,zoned M - 1. 2. Operate a cement products manufacturing and wholesale outlet facility. 3. Employing approximately 10 employees. 4. With a capital investment of$1,000.000.00 5. Install 4- bulk storage bins and one elevator( see variance). 6. Locating next to Idaho Concrete Co. to purchase raw material and for ease of transporting it. The material will be trucked in and finished product trucked out. 7. The main function of this facility will be, mixing and bagging specialty concrete products into bags of 50-100#, 1 gallon containers and also 3,000# bulk bags. 8. WSI, the adjacent business to the east is a grain milling operation that also makes and bags dog food. This property has towers as high as 175'. 9. Idaho Concrete to the north has a large concrete batch plant with many tall towers, buildings and conveyors. Some of these structures are 75' high. This new Caldwell business will benefit the city, it's citizens, adjacent businesses and the area in general. Adding additional jobs and an increased tax base. Their business in the Salt Lake area has added to that economy and has had no adverse conditions or effects. Finally, lets not forget that Standard Builders Inc. of Salt Lake chose Caldwell. I hope we will greet them with open arms!
