NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public
hearing in City Hall Council Chambers, 621 Cleveland Boulevard, on August 13, 1998, at 7:00 p.m., to hear
the following:
To hear concurrently Case Nos. SUP-42-98 and VAR-11-98, a request by Marilyn Jordan to have a duplex
located in an R-1 zone and for a 10-foot variance from the 20-foot setback requirement on Sunset Street, and
a 3 foot 7 inches variance from the required 20-foot rear yard setback. The site is more commonly known as
123 Parkhurst.
You are receiving this notice because Idaho Code, 67-6501,Local Planning Act of 1975, requires notice of
this public hearing to be provided to all political subdivisions that provide services to the City of Caldwell,
and to property owners or purchasers of record whose property is located within 300 feet of the external
boundaries of the subject site. Copies of any correspondence received from the general public prior to the
hearing will be submitted at the hearing and will be made a part of the public record. Public testimony will
also be taken at the hearing and made a part of the record.
Files and exhibits relative to this request are on file at City Hall in the Community Development Department
and are available for review during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Further
information on this request can be obtained by calling 455-3021.
