City of Cal clvvefri u 0 0.. rn ` ( k `� COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT oPlanning, Zoning, and Building Services IV4y Z 1999 LINDA JAMES I, L M,}i4 Community Development Director Building NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in City Hall Council Chambers, 621 Cleveland Boulevard, on May 27, 1999, at 7:00 p.m., to hear the following: Case No. SUP-56-99, a request by Robert L. Hibbard for a special use permit to approve a planned unit development to construct a two-unit dwelling in the center of the lot line between two single lots thereby creating a zero side lot line for each dwelling unit. Each unit and lot will be under separate ownership. The lots are 7539 square feet respectively and are located within an R-1 zone. The site is more commonly known as Lot 5 (3020 S. 1061)and Lot 6 (3104 S. 10`"), Block 2,New-Country Meadows Subdivision. You are being notified of this hearing because Idaho Code, 67-6509,Local Planning Act, requires notice of public hearings to be provided to all political subdivisions that provide services to the subject site and to all owners or purchasers of record whose respective property is located within 300 feet of the subject site. Copies of any correspondence received from the general public prior to the hearing is submitted at the hearing and is made a part of the public record. Public testimony will also be taken at the hearing and made a part of the record. Files and exhibits relative to this request are on file at City Hall in the Community Development Department and are available for review during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
