Paynter Avenue is classified as an arterial street on the Functional Classification Map. Up to forty(40) feet of half right-of-way will be required at the time the building permits are obtained. 2. City Infrastructure Policy dictates that curb, gutter and sidewalk be constructed in connection with the requested improvements. This requirement also will be applied at the time the building permit is obtained. P4-z_
