The Engineering Department provides no comment on the proposed land use. The Engineering Department does ask that the Planning and Zoning Commission give attention to the following items: 1. The information provided does not indicate the number of parishioners expected at the site. The Engineering Department requests that the Planning and Zoning Commission consider whether adequate parking is available to serve the number expected. 2. The Engineering Department requests that the Planning and Zoning Commission, as a general condition, require that provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act be complied with. 3. The proposed use may place additional demand on the sewer and water systems beyond the present or former use at the site. If this increased use is significant, the Engineering Department reserves the right to re-evaluate connection fees, per applicable City resolutions, and charge the customer for the increase. The Engineering Department has insufficient evidence at the present time to determine whether there will be increased demand or not. PA Z ASPV.
