NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public
hearing in City Hall Council Chambers, 621 Cleveland Boulevard, on January 13,2000 at 7:00 p.m.,to hear
the following:
Case No. SUP-71-99, a request by Karen Ryals for a special use permit to conduct driver training classes in
her home. The site is within an R-1 zone and is located at 204 E. Spruce.
You are being notified because Idaho Code,67-6509,Local Planning Act,requires notice of the public hearing
on this request to be sent to all political subdivisions that provide services to the subject site and to all owners
or purchasers of record whose respective property is located within 300 feet of the subject site. Copies of any
correspondence received from the public prior to the hearing will be submitted at the hearing and will be made
a part of the public record. Public testimony will also be taken at the hearing and made a part of the record.
Files and exhibits relative to this request are on file at the Caldwell Community Development Department and
are available for review during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Further
information can be obtained by calling 455-3021.
