Special Use Permit to Construct Two-Family Dwelling in M-I Zone
Variance from 6,000 Sq. Ft. to 4,500 Sq. Ft.
Date: December 29, 1999
The Engineering Department provides the following comments on the referenced Special Use
Permit and Variance:
1. Lots are 25 feet wide, so frontage of property will only be 37.5 feet.
2. A Deferral Agreement will be required for curb, gutter and sidewalk.
3. No right-of-way is required. 30 feet of right-of-way already exists due to West Side Addition
plat.
4. Property must connect to City sewer.
