View Date: June 30, 2000 The Engineering Department has reviewed a request for a Special Use Permit to operate a Daycare Center on Mt. View Ave. and provides the following comments: 1. The property is not fronted by deeded or dedicated right-of-way. It should be a condition of the Special Use Permit that 28 feet half- right-of-way for Mt. View Ave. be provided across the frontage of the property. 2. According to City Code, a change of use on property triggers an obligation to comply with the City's Infrastructure Policy. Some of the street improvement requirements in the Infrastructure Policy may be eligible for deferral. The applicant should visit with the Engineering Department to see which construction requirements will apply in this case. 3. The Engineering Department has no recommendation regarding approval or denial of the requested use, as long as the conditions noted above are complied with.
