SUP-102-00 Date: September 13, 2000 The Engineering Department has the following comments concerning the special use permit to locate a 10 foot wide by 32 foot long manufactured home temporarily on a site for use as an office until permanent office quarters are in place. 1. Provisions are to be made for disposal of stormwater drainage in accordance with the City's stormwater policy. A copy of this policy is available upon request. The engineer of record is to provide calculations which indicate the assumptions in his storm drainage plan comply with the storm drainage policy. 2. Upon applying for a building permit, the applicant will be required to adhere to the City of Caldwell Infrastructure Improvement Policy governing street improvements (such as curb, gutter, and sidewalk). SUBJECT: Comments on Case No. SUP-102-00 / Western Window, Applicant 104 S. 43rd Street, Caldwell The Caldwell Fire Department offers the following comments regarding the case to come before the Caldwell Hearing Examiner on September 21, 2000: • The CFD requests that this trailer be located a minimum of 20 feet away on all sides from any adjoining structures. • At least one (1) 2A:10BC rated fire extinguisher shall be installed in the trailer. • The trailer shall be identified with signage stating its use (i.e., Offices). Any additional comments on this installation will be addressed during the CFD plan review of the Building Permit application. Cr 1(
