Re Case No. SUP-105-00 (Angel Wings)
Sir/Madam,
1, the undersigned, am the landlord of 807 & 811 Belmont St., Caldwell ID
83605, object the issue of the permit to operate a 24-hours group home for both
male and female residents between the ages of 16 -21, at 703 Belmont . My
objection are on grounds of the followings:-
( I ) I own a rental property at 811 Belmont St., Caldwell for more than 16 years,
and I am also the lien holder of the Rental Properties at 816, 822 Belmont St.,
and 406 N.Kimball St, Caldwell. Tenants enjoy to live at this location because
of the quiet ,safe and convenience surrounding. The set up of a such young ages
home has a great opportunity to chance the environment of the area. This will
hurt my business and would affect my long term income.
