I am the owner of the property at 1015 East Belmont Street
Caldwell , Idaho 83605 . Lots 7 & 8 Block 32 .
My property abuts to the lots that " Auto Zone " are request -
ing to build a 7 , 340 Sq . Ft . retail building .
I have completely renovated the house and installed a lawn
irrigation system ; it is now leased as rental property .
I am concerned that my property will be facing a long ob -
structing side of this building ; and this will reduce the " rental
clientele " that would otherwise rent my property in the future .
I am not privy to the design or orientation of the building ;
and I want my concerns noted in this public hearing process . I am
sorry that I can not be present at this 23 April hearing . I will
be in Caldwell this coming August .
I want to say that I am for anything that is in the best in -
terest of the City of Caldwell ; I am not negative to this project ,
but would like to correspond with " Auto Zone " on this issue .
