City of Caidwell a Planning and Zoning Department c;reToO CODE ENFORCEMENT REPORT Date 08-12-2009 Case No. 2009-08-12-1033 Off: Phillips Location: 3503 S. 10th Avenue Caldwell, ID 83605 Cornplainant(s): Planning and Zoning Department Complaint: Verify compliance with conditions as set forth with SUP-122-01 , to replace an existing 40 foot wood pole that has a light at the top, with a 70 foot wooden pole with a light at the 40 foot height and antennas at 70 feet. Property Owner: Caldwell Transportation Corp. 3503 S. 10th Avenue Caldwell, ID 83605 Applicant: Voicestream PCS II, INC 727 East Riverpark Lane Boise, ID 83706 INSPECTION RESULTS Page 2 2009-08-12-1033 08-12-2009 At the request of the Planning and Zoning Department, SUP-122-01 is being inspected to verify compliance with conditions. Conditions are as follows: 8.7. The wooden pole shall be installed no later than two years from signing the Order of Decision or the Applicant shall seek a one-year time extension from the Community Development Director. The Director shall have the authority to approve a one-year extension unless the Director determines that significant development changes have occurred within the general vicinity and requests the Applicant to apply for the additional extension following the public hearing procedures. 8.8. The height of the fence enclosure shall not exceed the six-foot maximum allowed in R-1 zones. No barbwire may be strung along the top of the fence for security purpose. 08-26-2009 A site inspection was conducted and it was found that there is a pole with a light at the top. CASE CLOSED
