At the request of the Planning and Zoning Department, SUP-132-01/SUP-127-01 is
being inspected for compliance with conditions. There are no relevant conditions. A
site inspection was conducted. There is no evidence of a violation. A Certificate of
Occupancy was issued 04-29-2003 with a building permit no. of 29993.

I note that a SUP was approved in 2001 for the Catholic Church. The SUP was for the purpose of the height
variance on the steeple. I do not see any condition that speaks to signage.
I have called Golden West Advertising concerning this dilemma. I advised that the Catholic Church contact our
office. I am placing the sign application in the SUP-132-01 file.
