Board Meeting Minutes

Sharon Kolins, Board Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. with the Pledge to the Flag.

Minutes of the February 8, 2016 meeting reviewed and adopted

Coordinator Report
• Continuing to see new people come to the center.
• Shannon and Bobi are doing well together and keeping food costs down.
• Policy and Procedure Manual for center--- In progress
• Menu for kitchen—work in progress. In a central location for the Center use.
• Veterans and VA guest for lunch. Had a great time and really enjoyed their visit and the food.
• AAA- Line dance has been canceled so that the public can talk to them and ask questions.
• Bread table has been moved to the front so it can be regulated ie: 1-2 loaves per person.
• Tax-Aide continues until Wednesday April 6th
• AED/CPR training is scheduled for March 19th

• Kitchen floor bid—Still working on.
• Policy and Procedure Manual for center— In progress
• Bylaws need to be updated. Remove the line that states you have to be within 5 miles to be part of the
center.
Motion made to change the milage clause.

• Secuity Cameras: Donna to check to see if we have a contract with Agem. Center in contact with Crane
Alarm system.
• Will plant more flowers out front as we have the money
April 30th Donna Q will resign the janitor position.

Discussed the probabilyty of having one person as a on call person for the kitchen. It was agreed that Donna Q
will pick up in the absence of any cook staff.
