Relevant conditions are as follows: 8.9. Frontage improvements, including curb, gutter, sidewalk, paving and landscaping shall be installed along Laster Lane. 8.11. The site will need 24-hour security. 8.12. Lighting will be constructed on site in such a fashion as not to shine on other adjacent land uses. 8.13. A chain link fence with privacy slats shall be installed along the southeast parameter of the property as well as the northwest boundary line where no buildings are proposed. Additionally, the pond will be fenced. 08-26-2009 A site inspection was conducted and it was found that all the above conditions have been met.
