INSPECTION RESULTS

At the request of the Planning and Zoning Department, SUP-150-01 is being inspected
to verify compliance with conditions. Relevant conditions are as follows:
8.6. The Applicant shall, within six months following approval of the
spclrial uuse permit annly fnr a hi iilding Hermit nr shall rPni iPst annrnval of
a six-month extension from the Community Development Director. If no
application for building permit submitted and no extension granted, special
use permit shall become null and void.
8.9. A new concrete driveway and 4-foot sidewalk are required and shall
be constructed to the Engineering Department standards.
8.11. The existing concrete slab must be removed and moved 5 feet from
the property line to meet the zoning ordinance's R-1 side-yard setback
requirement.

An inspection of building records was conducted and it does not appear that a building
permit was obtained in 2001 (the year the special use permit was applied for and
approved) for the special use of two single-family residences and a garage. A building
permit for 1994 was found for those two uses.

A site inspection was conducted and the driveway was in and sidewalk.
