Memorandum To: Steve Hasson From: Ben Weymouth, Assistant City Engineer Re: SUP-151-01 Date: January 10, 2002 The Engineering Department provides the following comments on the above referenced special use permit: 1. Any additional impervious area created by modifications to the existing structure and/or grounds must be dealt with in accordance with the City's Storm Water Management Policy. A copy of this policy is available upon request. 2. As part of the building permit—change of use process, the applicant may be required to pay additional sewer and water connection fees, depending on the projected building occupancy. 3. The development shall utilize surface irrigation water for landscape irrigation, not potable water. 4. The applicant is required to obtain a permit for any sign construction. All signs are required to be out of public rights-of-way. 5. The applicant will be required to reconstruct the two pedestrian ramps at the intersection of Dearborn and 14th, adjacent to the subject property, to current City standards. Said standards are available upon request. Location: 104 S. 43rd Ave. The CFD would stipulate that the conditions previously applied by the CFD to this temporary use be carried forward for the duration of its existence as a temporary use. Case No: SUP— 150 - 01 Applicant: Ken and Waunita Wood Location: 2210 and 2210 '//Ray Avenue The CFD has no problem with the proposed new garage providing that the two separate residences each be assigned individual street addresses that are compliant with local policy. Specifically, the 2210 1/2 Ray Avenue is not an acceptable address. Half(1/2) addresses are not permitted. The CFD hereby assigns a new address of 2212 Ray Avenue to the "guest house" residence. Case No: SUP — 151 - 01 Applicant: Boone Memorial Church Location: 1324 Dearborn Street The CFD has no problem with the requested action however; the change of use will necessitate an inspection to ensure compliance with code requirements. 1 Case No: SUP— 152—01 and VAR—23- 01 Applicant: Judy Bistline Location: W. Oak Street The CFD has no specific conditions to place on this SUP or VAR. Fire code related conditions will be placed on this project during plan review for building permits. 2
