The Engineering Department provides the following comments concerning a Special Use Permit to establish
an auto repair facility at 103 Frontage Road.

provisions shall be made for the disposal of stormwater drainage in accordance with the City
Stormwater Management Policy.
2. If stormwater disposal is necessary, then the developer's engineer is to provide calculations, which
indicate that the assumptions in his stormwater drainage plan comply with the requirements of the
stormwater policy.
3. Irrigation water for any and all landscaping shall be obtained from Golden Gate Irrigation District
sources.
4. The existing site and this proposal appear to comply with the Infrastructure Improvement Policy. Any
