Relevant conditions are as follows: 8.6. A building permit/change in use permit shall be obtained prior to any use on site commencing. Building permit shall be obtained within six months of signing the Order of Decision. 8.8. The placement of the manufactured home at this location is considered temporary. Accordingly, it shall be removed in the event of sale or transfer of the property to another ownership or in the event the son should move out of the manufactured home. 8.10.
