Property Owner & Applicant: Jack & Edna Winchester 29900 Heron Road Parma, ID 83660 INSPECTION RESULTS Page 2 2008-05-01-1640 05-07-2008 Site inspection was conducted and the subject building appeared to be divided into four commercial units, unit 101 American Ken-Po Karate Studio, unit 103 is a barber shop, unit 105 is vacant, and unit 107 is the Natural Beef store (photo 01). SUP-231-04 was approved for the allowance of three land uses on a single property which allowed for two. There is no record of a required Change-in-Use Permit. There is a Building Permit (B-Com-40552-06) for remodel/adding walls of the interior of the building which was finaled on 05-24-2006. SWA 06-11-2008 Per Planning & Zoning staff, there are no violations at subject location. Case closed SWA
