Special Use Permit No. SUP-231-04 relating to the allowance of three land
uses on a single property which allowed for two.

Site inspection was conducted and the subject building appeared to be divided into four
commercial units, unit 101 American Ken-Po Karate Studio, unit 103 is a barber shop,
unit 105 is vacant, and unit 107 is the Natural Beef store (photo 01). SUP-231-04 was
approved for the allowance of three land uses on a single property which allowed for
two. There is no record of a required Change-in-Use Permit. There is a Building Permit
(B-Com-40552-06) for remodel/adding walls of the interior of the building which was
finaled on 05-24-2006. SWA
