Any development which increases the amount of impervious area shall make provisions for the disposal of stormwater drainage in accordance with the City's Stormwater Management Policy. A copy of this policy is available upon request. The engineer of record shall provide calculations, which indicate that the assumptions in his storm drainage plan comply with the storm drainage policy. 2. The site has existing curb and gutter; however, sidewalk has not yet been constructed. 3. Morrison Street is currently a gravel street. 4. It is the recommendation of the Engineering Department that the developer be required to IPA/ construct sidewalk adjacent to the existing curbs for the entire frontages of Fairview Avenue and Morrison Street, as well as, constructing street improvements along the Morrison Street q6I a L4y frontage, including sub-grade preparation, granular sub-base and base course aggregates, and asphalt concrete pavement for one half of street width plus 7 1/2 feet. 5. This property is currently connected to City water and City sewer. With the proposal of adding a dwelling unit, additional fees for City sewer and water services will be assessed at the time of building permit issuance. r
