INSPECTION RESULTS

At the request of the Planning and Zoning Department, SUP-167-02 is being inspected
to verify compliance with conditions. Relevant conditions are as follows:
8.6. A building permit shall be obtained prior to any use on site
commencing. The building permit application shall be submitted within six
months from the date of signing the Order of Decision. All of the
conditions necessary to acquiring a Certificate of Occupancy shall be met
within one year following the Order of Decision or the permit shall also
become null and void.
8.8. The entire parcel shall be paved within four years from the date of the
signed Order of Decision and landscaped in accordance with Section 10-
02-05 of Caldwell Zoning Ordinance No. 1451. The Applicant shall work
with the City Planning Department concerning landscaping requirements
along Roedel Avenue. The development shall utilize surface irrigation
water for landscape irrigation, not potable water.
8.9. The Applicant is to work with the City Fire Marshal concerning the
installation of a fire hydrant within one year of the Order of Decision.

A site inspection was conducted and it was found that the conditions have been met. A
Certificate of Occupancy was issued on 12-11-2002, Building Permit No. 30589.
