Relevant conditions are as follows: 8.7. The construction of an ADA ramp is required 8.8. As a part of the building permitting process, the Applicant shall provide a detailed landscaping/fencing plan that shall be approved by the Community Development Director and City Forester. 8.10. The Applicant shall obtain a sign permit prior to installing any sign at the site in accordance with Section 10-02-06 of Caldwell Zoning Ordinance No. 1451. 8.12. The Applicant shall provide off-street parking equal to one space for every eight children, plus one additional space for each employee. Accordingly, the Applicant will provide a parking plan demonstrating at least 25 off-street parking spaces. The Applicant will also furnish a site plan showing that the on street or off street drop off and pick point is not located on Cleveland Boulevard. 8.16. The fence construction must comply with setback and height restriction requirements. The Applicant will make the fence site obscuring except along the alley frontage. The fence must be replaced within six months of the signed Order of Decision or by April 25, 2003. 06-23-2009 A site inspection was conducted and it was found that the fence is not sight obscuring. I spoke with Anne Marie and this Special Use permit has not been inspected since it was approved, we are not going to make them replace the fence with vinyl of wood, nor would the Historic Preservation Commission approve that.
