It is my understanding that they were given the right to do warehousing when the building was built. They are now requesting the right to re-furbish antique airplanes. Since the purpose of the airport is for aviation related activity, I do not feel there is any reason not to grant them the right to do this. And since, this building does not have access to the runway, this is about the only way they can do aviation related business. Since Dreamland Aviation is allowed to do automotive work, in a City owned hangar, which is adjacent to 4M's building and is accessible to the runway it seems only fair that 4M Developers be allowed to do warehousing and aviation work. Maybe, since aviation businesses are allowed a cheaper rent rate 4M's rent should be reduced. Sincerely, Anita L.
